It saddens me to hear the news since you have been a role model tenant , extremely pleasant and respectful.  It has been a great five years with you as a tenant and have no problem providing you with a notarized landlord tenant letter stating your character and timeless as a wonderful tenant.  I wish the circumstances were different and sincerely apologize for the incidents below.   I’m sure my mom will miss you as a tenant as well, she speaks highly of you all the time.  We can exchange the keys and 0 security deposit the same day, not a problem.  I will visit my mom next week  and will hand you the reference land lord tenant letter.  I wish you the best in your future endeavors and know you will be successful in all you do.  If circumstances change in the future, I will keep your number in hand.  Thank you Hawa.
